Washer dryer and full stocked kitchen for longer stays. THE LOCATION Facing the Sargent beach the backyard is in ICW. Only a few houses on this row has this view. To capture the best view the patio is elevated . To match the outside view the house is designed with full length windows and elevated. Ceiling. THE HOUSE - Stylish Studio in Sargent Living space is on the second floor.Down stairs we have created a space to hang out and fish or enjoy the nature with company. DOWNSTAIRS There is a bbq/fire pit with beautiful (locally handmade) chairs . We also have a outdoor dinning table/picnic table to enjoy food off the pit! The house is right on the ICW, enjoy fishing or watching the nature. UPSTAIRS Living area The living space you enter and feel like you are still part of the nature. The huge bay windows looks out not only to the ICW but also to the ocean beyond the ICW. Bedroom space The bedroom is separated from living area by a screen. The queen bed and the desk makes it great for a romantic getaway or ‘work from the beach’ days! Other Bed Arrangements We have a queen pull out and two twin bed pull outs in the living area to open our space to families and additional guests. Full Kitchen Able to make your own food when needed is important to us. We have a full kitchen with plates and other essentials . We are building on pots and pans. There are some needed for making meals. Coffee machine for those of us who need a good brew to start the day! Patio If the downstairs area gives you a close up look at the water below, the upstairs patio is great for better view of the ocean. You get a birds eye view of beach side of Sargent from the bridge in the distance to the beautiful docks and houses on the ICW. Lounge in the hammock or enjoy a meal outside with ocean breeze on the dinning set . Security Camera are in place outside the house
