The flat was a little difficult to find but I sent a message to Robert who replied immediately. The outside of the flat and the communal stairs were much to be desired but once in the flat, it was fine. The flat itself was clean, tidy and spacious. It was also very quiet. The flat is very central with shops, pubs and restaurants located nearby. For the price, Roberts place was an excellent find.

Very good value. spacious, good location ( 500 yards easy walk to town centre) comfortable bed and free parking. but as other guests mention: need to replace towels and provide 2 bath sized ones. also the following not provided: hairdryer, bread knife, pyrex bowls, measuring jug, scales, serving spoons.

Great base for our needs and close to several amenities. A wee bit tricky to find although owner advises property is directly across from CEF. I, personally would say it is right next to the undertaker as CEF is across the dual carriageway. Everything to suit our stay - grandparents with 4 year old grandchild.

I paid for full week stay. I received key code just 45 minutes before check in. It’s a block with many flats. Stair case looks like from Eastern Europe just more dirty and with cigarettes on the floor. I had a lot of luggage so was a bit of a struggle to carrying them from the car park then to the second floor. Flat is clean fully renovated but already with a little bit of a mold. Inside is a bit cold because of electric heating in 2 rooms. Living room was the warmest because of gas fireplace. No heating in the kitchen or bathroom. Bed was okay but not so comfortable mattress. In the kitchen you will not find sharp knifes and no knife for cutting bread. There is a table in the kitchen and 4 chairs to use which was a bit tight to entry the kitchen. Small cups and few bags of black tea, coffee and sugar for you. Great big fridge No hairdryer in the apartment Check out at 10 am which I prefer at 11am Great location with many shops on the street and short walk to market square

Great location for the Ice Bowl as we were there to watch the ice hockey. The flat needs some TLC in the way of new windows / heating as it smelt damp and there was mould on the window surrounds - which would be solved by new windows and central heating. Our friends stayed in the flat directly below and theirs had new windows and central heating and no damp smell. For the price we paid it was ok but we wouldn’t return, however they could get more money and return visitors if the window / heating was updated.
