We had the perfect weekend in this cozy, yet spacious house. Ronni and Jan provided great instructions and helpful information prior to arrival so we were stressfree from the start. The house was clean and nicely appointed. It was a great space for 3 families to share...from the large eat-in kitchen, to ample seating in the living room, to the kid-friendly rec room in the basement, it perfectly suited our needs. The location was so close to Mohawk Mountain and delicious coffee shops and restaurants. I highly recommend!

The house is lovely with plenty of room and lots of storage. The instructions from Ronni and Jan were helpful, and they were always responsive. Overall, this is a lovely place, and I hope I can come back sometime!

We met our children and grandchildren to celebrate Christmas at Ronni and Jan’s. It was a perfect place for our family. Communication was excellent and they had a pack’n play for our toddler grandson. We asked if we could pay to have a Christmas tree put up and they did. It was beautiful with lights. If you want a spacious home and responsive hosts in a charming area, this is a great option.

Ronni was great from the beginning! He was helpful and extremely responsive. The home was the perfect size and exactly what we were looking for. Easy check-in/check-out, clean home, ample room, 5 stars all around. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the area

Our stay was perfect. Ronni and Jan were incredibly responsive to all of our questions even before we booked. The house was beautiful and clean and fully stocked with everything we could need - from pots and pans and ziplock bags to q tips and extra towels and blankets and puzzles and games for kids and grown ups. Ronni and Jan were accommodating and flexible every step of the way. We had an amazing stay and will absolutely be back!
