A perfect base for the whole family. Looking out over the attractive green space of Kennington Park, this two-bedroom townhouse is an island of calm among the constant rush of London. Step inside, and you'll find autumnal tones dominate the open-plan living room and office space, with a teeming bookcase, retro turntable and extensive vinyl collection providing plenty of entertainment to enjoy in your downtime. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure there's plenty of natural light to read by, while the desk sits right by a door leading onto one of the three balconies. A modern kitchen provides the culinary inspiration, with an espresso machine that would be the envy of any of the cool local cafes. So steam some milk and stride through the bifold doors and into the back garden with your flat white in hand. Out here, a beautiful deck, comfy seating and an alfresco dining area ensure you can make the most of the sun when it does decide to make an appearance. Upstairs, a spacious en-suite main bedroom offers a soothing space to unwind at the end of a busy day, while those sleeping in the second bedroom will be overlooked by the twin superheroes of Batman and Audrey Hepburn. It is difficult to accurately describe the quality of this Airbnb. - Quiet: It is central yet quiet. It is located near Kennington Park, offering ample walking opportunities. - Transportation: You are also about 7-8 minutes walking distance from the Oval Tube Station and about 13 minutes from the Kennington Station. - Listing: The listing itself feels like home, providing nearly everything you would need in a house. - Host: The host is highly responsive and easy to communicate with. - Coffee: For coffee lovers, a "proper" coffee machine is available, eliminating the need to leave for a cappuccino or latte. - Dedicated workspace: If you're traveling for work, this place is definitely worth considering, as it features two dedicated office spaces with very comfortable chairs.
This place is a nice refuge from the bustling city. The house is immaculate! Beds were super comfortable, and the bathrooms felt luxurious. In spite of being close to lots of things, it sits next to a quiet park and you don’t notice the city outside. The kitchen was nicely equipped and had everything we could need. We felt right at home!
Excellent finishes and well maintained townhouse on a really nice street with great access to Oval tube station. Sits on the very edge of Kennington park and is nestled in a really great neighborhood. Also a great setup for family with a car with easy parking. Two unique features two comment on: The house has an amazing back patio for entertaining larger groups and generally we found the place feeling very spacious and well spread out over the 4 different levels. Another unique feature are the added access two little patios on the front and back of the home for additional quiet places to take in the views. Would highly recommend the townhouse for a comfortable for either a family or two couples. Good setup for at least two WFH areas. Look forward to staying here again in the future.
Our stay here was great!! The apartment is gorgeous and decorated amazingly. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 to enjoy this apartment. Everything looks just as advertised and the check in process was so simple. The only thing I would note is that this apartment has 4 floors (which we did not realize before checking in), so make note incase you have anyway with issues with stairs. Overall an incredible stay! I would recommend

This bright and spacious townhouse is located within walking distance from Oval underground station in Zone 1, making commuting across the capital fast and easy, with excellent tube, bus and cycle networks to put you within easy reach of city hotspots. So whether you want to explore Soho’s vibrant nightlife, enjoy the West End theatres or take in sights such as Buckingham Palace, you can be there in next to no time.
