The downstairs area offers five bedrooms, four baths, a game room with a pool table and a TV, a laundry closet, and decks with a spa to relax those achy muscles. <b>THINGS TO KNOW</b> The gas fireplace is only for off-season use from October-May. The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. <br/>Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles. <br/>Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
