This is an absolutely beautiful house. We have stayed at Sandbridge for decades and Villamare is one of the most attractive houses we have ever rented. Additionally, the kitchen was fully stocked. We cooked at home for 10 people every night and had all of the pots, pans, utensils, etc. that we needed. The actual beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of comfortable seating for our group. Our only 2 caveats (and they are minor) is that the listing indicates that it can sleep 12 people, which is accurate. However, we had 10 people in the house and half of those people were sleeping on cots and futons. There are only enough actual beds for half the number of people. Finally, there is one full size refrigerator in the house (side-by-side freezer/fridge) and one small bar refrigerator so if you have a larger group you need to go shopping at least every other day bc you won't have sufficient refrigerator space to store food and for multiple days. We absolutely would rerent.

The house has a great location and is very roomy. Has numerous common areas that you can play, relax, or just chill. Great views. It was a couple 100 yards walk to the water. The TV's were not all operational and were not smart TV's. Kitchen provides a great place to cook and still have family near at the stools on the counter bar. It could've been cleaner but the basic cleaning is done. We rented extra towels and well worth it and great service. Had a great week despite having the lingering of hurricane Ian for the first couple of days.
