The bedrooms and bathrooms configuration are outstanding. Lots of space for all family members. Parking was exceptional and the elevator was a life saver for our older family members. The only small concerns that I wish would be addressed are the furniture in the top floor is WAY passed its prime and should be replaced and the kitchen, while wonderfully stocked with dishes and silverware etc., was a bit to small for our large group. We managed and it was loads of fun.

BEWARE!!! The rental is filthy and there’s a bunch of things that are broken or torn. The toilet seat was broken, the furniture is filthy and or broken. One of the upper Master bathrooms didn’t flush. There were dead bugs and blood smashed on the walls and ceilings. The table set in the enclosed porch is filthy. The floors were sticky to the point we needed to mop. The ceiling in the lower master’s is peeling and cracked. There’s also holes in the walls. The pool table was full of sand and the top was ripped. The all but one of the pool sticks were usable because the others were broken. The bedding and pillows had stains and blood. The grout and tile has mildew. Also the kitchen has possible mold. The bean bags were busted and all of the games were broken, missing pieces and just thrown in the closet. The washer machines detergent dispensers had mold. The balconies were full of mosquitoes… not just regular but because it hasn’t been maintained. We bought diggers and that took care of the problem. The front porch is also a safety hazard because there’s pieces missing from the stairs so it makes it uneven and slippery. I contacted the owners as soon as we arrived and I was told they would send some one out in the morning. The person didn’t call until late morning to clean up when it should have been done before arrival. They still didn’t come because they wanted to come two days later during a scheduled family breakfast. AirBnB should pull this listing because it’s totally unacceptable. I got scammed!!!
