You will find a king-size bed or two twin beds in the bedroom. You can prepare all your meals in a well-equipped kitchen. A pellet stove ensures the heating in winter. You can also use the air conditioning.

La casa de Joao está genial. La ubicación es muy buena, y el aparcamiento gratuito no está lejos del apartamento. Fuimos con un bebé y nos facilitaron trona, cuna y bañera. La comunicación en todo momento ha sido muy rápida y eficaz. Hemos estado muy a gusto, muchas gracias por todo.
Loved this listing. Modern, clean, conveniently located. We went to Braga one day, and another to Duro valley. Amarante is a very pretty town. Free parking lot. We left our car there, and was safe. Nice little grocery store across road. Bit hilly, but most of Portugal is. Love to come back.

The accommodation is located in a quiet area of the historic center of Amarante. Right next to the famous church of S. Pedro and just a few minutes' walk from the main tourist areas of the city, here you will find a mix of peace and comfort of staying in the heart of the city.
PARKING
Option 1 | 250 meters from the accommodation
If you don't have much luggage, we recommend that you go directly to the "Parque de Estacionamento das Bucas". You must park immediately upon entering the park (after the gates, in the green area).
If there is no parking in this area, you should go to the end of the park, cross the bridge regulated by a traffic light and park at the end of the next park. You will have to climb the stairs to reach the accommodation landing.
Option 2 | Street parking | Paid - €0.40/hour
If you have a lot of luggage, we recommend that you look for parking on the street of the accommodation. If in doubt, look for the sign indicating “Carvoeiro Boutique Apartments” next to a church and try to park on the property’s street (as soon as you see Casa das Lérias).
It is very difficult to find parking between 3pm and 7pm. You can also choose to leave your bags at the accommodation and go to the option 1 car park. In this case, you should turn left just before Benetton to unload (our accommodation is above from the store).
