Nice wee place that has on sight entertainment and is close to Seaham beach (25min). Lots of wee extras provided that were helpful. Just the right size for a family of four (2 adults and 2 small children, including a Jack Russell! ) who were looking for somewhere to sleep.

Alison was a wonderful host, and we had a really lovely stay. The caravan was homely and cosy, and Alison provided everything we could possibly need for our stay. We would love to visit again when the weather is better, and stay for longer to visit the local attractions as this visit was mainly to visit family and friends. Alison always responded quickly and was very friendly and helpful in her messages.

It was a lovely place to stay. A beautiful location near the beach with coastal paths and local walks.i also visited family nearby. We were comfortable. Thankyou.

Our second stay at Bumblebee Retreat, so cosy, perfectly situated on the park as it's right at the edge so not so many people passing, lovely view of the woodland and viaduct, lovely sunsets visible from the main window. Close to Dunes cafe and the beach. Crimdon beach and the whole coast is fantastic for kids, dogs and beach-combing. I'd live here if I could!
