Such a lovely place to stay at, definitely recommend it 100%. Felt so homely and clean. We got met at the door which made us feel welcome.

Truly exceeded expectations! A beautiful property, set up like someone's home, with everything you could need. Hot tub was perfect, beds were very comfy, kitchen very well equipped (including lovely surprise scones and prosecco on arrival). Weber bbq and fire pit in the lovely outdoor space was a great addition. Rural view is beautiful. Hosts extremely accommodating, with great recommendations and very responsive. Walking distance to the fantastic Coombeshead Farm for an amazing dinner. Within an easy drive of so many great attractions. Friendly (outdoor) cats were a bonus! Loved it.

Phil and Fran’s home was just absolutely stunning. It was the perfect last minute getaway for myself and the other guests. Plenty of space for everyone, with it still feeling homely. In a great location just outside of launceston so easy to get supplies whilst also being in rural Cornwall for the late night hot tub dips. Phil and Fran were unbelievably welcoming and helpful, always at the end of the phone if there were any issues. Looking to book later in the year, would absolutely recommend for a couples getaway or a stay with friends.

Beautiful barn in a perfect location. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area. Great communication from the start and very kind offer of early check in after a long drive. Fran and Phil’s place exceeded our expectations and having visited many air b&b properties, my family and I agree this was one of our favourites. There wasn’t one thing that we felt was missing or would have enhanced the stay in any way! Being a clean freak and often feeling like I need to give everything a little clean when we arrive somewhere, I felt immediately relaxed as the property was spotless. Having spent three nights using the property to cook each meal and prepare picnics each day, there was no shortage of equipment with every detail being carefully thought through. The lovely treats in the fridge when we arrived and the lovely flowers in the vase were touches that didn’t go unnoticed. We explored locally, Padstow, Mousehole and Porthcurno during our stay! All fab! Thanks!

We had a lovely stay at Fran and Phil’s. The barn is decorated and equipped to a high standard whilst also being well thought out meaning we had a stress free and very comfortable stay, it was perfect for us as a family of 4. Location was very quiet with great views of the rolling hills which despite some mixed weather during our stay was very relaxing to look at. Also within a 15-45 min drive there are some great attractions thus this was great base to see what Cornwall has to offer! Fran and Phil’s personal touches (the scones didn’t last long 😃) and attentiveness made us feel at home. Thanks again!
