Loved this quaint yet very modern home in an excellent Sandpoint location. The house was super clean and comfortable. We rode the provided cruiser bikes everywhere downtown and to the lake!! We will definitely stay again!

We loved the location and the use of bikes was fantastic. It is a great little house and we would come back again. Couple of things would make things better- we found the cleaning fee a bit steep given that we had to do some of the stripping, dishes and garbages ourselves. Overall very good.

Great place and convenient to all the shops, restaurants and beach. We barely used our vehicle except to attend a wedding on the 4th of July.

My family and I were a little disappointed by this space. It was comfortable enough but had some missing touches. For example, there was a little coffee but no filters; a washing machine but only one load’s worth of detergent (for washing sheets). This is one of those places where the hosts charge an arm and a leg for cleaning but expect you to wash the sheets, take out the trash, and run the dishwasher before you leave. There are also micromanage-y labels everywhere (“rinse all dishes before loading,” “neatly put away game pieces”). On the sheet with cleaning instructions, they suggested we tip the cleaners, which I’d consider their responsibility as the people hiring the cleaners. Still, the location was great. We enjoyed visits to Utara Brewing and Evans Bros. Coffee and would return to both if we lived in Sandpoint. Winter Ridge Natural Foods is only about a block away and has a fantastic wine selection and hot bar.
