The property is in need of TLC and is over priced for its condition. There are skirting boards missing, the toilet roll holder is a door handle held to the wall by two bits of string. There was a TV but no remote controls so could not be operated. Loads of DVD’s but no dvd player. There was no house manual for the various appliances. We found dirty cutlery and pans. It’s felt like it was simply a money extracting property. I have stayed in many properties and I am sorry to say that this is the only one I would not book again.

Very quiet location indeed. Good place to explore the Cairngorms. Accommodation could have been better.

place needed lots of cleaning, and seemed to have flooded recently and not returned back to it's proper state. my hasband was unable to sleep in the main bedroom as he is sensitive to damp and mold, and he had to sleep in the living room with all windows open to sleep. hope Emma is able to fix these issues in the future, but as in stands we would not stay here again.
