Was a great experience staying at the hideaway! A very peaceful and beautiful place, not far drive to Colchester where there’s everything you need, or 5 mins in other direction is a local costcutter which has a great selection of items for a rural shop! The accommodation was perfect, everything you need to enjoy your stay, a spacious bright living area, with amazing black out blinds on the windows that’s keep the place dark if you struggle for that lay in when the sun comes out. The host was great, Cheryl made me feel welcome from first contact, she answered all my questions and all her instructions were clear and easy to follow. All in all a great place in a lovely area, and I’m definitely return in the future.

was a great location for us, Cheryl was friendly, helpful and a great hoast. The hideaway itself had everything you'd want or need and more. great attention to detail. we would highly recommend it and I'm sure we will be back.
