Great value for money. Although, as stated in some reviews some of the furniture is a little worn in places it is still mainly comfortable and serves its purpose. The bed in the main room super comfy. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and uncluttered with some homely touches. The conservatory is a neat bonus at the rear of the kitchen. There are some unexpected extras which make this property excellent value. The bathroom had good quality shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap and plenty of toilet rolls. There were essential supplies in the kitchen of tea, coffee, sugar, bread, butter, milk, cereal, cooking oil, pasta and lots of other extras plus the wine and chocolate treats. The location, while not particularly pretty was quiet and peaceful, although the neighbours seem to be running a dog related business and the dogs were heard howling a number of times, sometimes during the night. The large garden has high fences all around and felt safe and private. We would happily return.

Had such a great stay at Robs place, amazing facilities and really has everything you may need. They were even so kind to have set up a travel cot for our little one ahead of our arrival. Great communication throughout and an overall lovely, clean homey environment. Would defiantly stay again should we visit that way!
