Matts house was perfect for us, my wife, I and daughter. We wish we were in Colchester longer than 2 nights to explore this historical area more. I’m sure we’ll be back and hope Matt’s place is available once more. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable, stress free and very comfortable.

The house was spotless. Felt like home as soon as we walked in. Great size for a group. We had a very relaxing weekend. Matt was a great host. Immediate reply when i messaged him. The only niggle we did have.... there was 7 of us staying at the house & on both mornings, after 4 had showered there was no hot water. So the rest had cold showers!!! This didnt spoil our weekend tho & we would still definitely return.
