An old school house that dates back to 1632 and that has been beautifully refurbished to an elegant and high standard. There are two sitting rooms, a library and a huge old school gym that can now be used as a games room or as a yoga space! There are 8 bedrooms. 3 are doubles and 5 are singles. Two bedrooms are en-suite and there are a further 3 bathrooms. The garden is big, houses a charming pavilion and has the most stunning views across the Firth of Forth.

Stunning property in a stuffing location. The house was of an incredibly high standard and was extremely well stocked. The beds were comfortable, it was lovely and warm and the views were amazing. It would be anyone's dream home.

Newburn is set in a rural location but in very easy striking distance to The Largos, Elie and even St Andrews which is about 10 miles away. The house is situated on a loop off the main road where there are also a sprinkling of other handsome country houses.

出行信息

Walking to Lower Largo across the fields is very possible and might take about half an hour. Alternatively, there is a bus that passes very close to the house that can get you to Elie, along the coast and St Andrews. Having a car will make life easier and all the villages of The East Neuk are in easy reach as is St Andrews. If you dine at The Ship in Elie or The Crusoe in Lower Largo, they provide a free shuttle bus.
