Very cozy two-bedroom apartment style home centrally located in cool, cool Spalding Hill. 5 minutes’ walk to Knox College campus, 5 minutes’ drive to the town of Spalding where there is easy access to public transportation. Private transportation can also be arranged at a separate charge. This two-bedroom apartment has separate kitchens, living room, patio and balcony. The space has a private entrance, two bedrooms with queen size beds, living room, kitchen and a bathroom.

Better than the pictures! Olive was very responsive and her niece who checked on us often were very friendly. It was like staying home away from home. Everything you would want at home was there + more. We would definitely stay here again. Cleanliness was on point, not far from the Town. Would recommend this place to all. :)
This listing was is exactly what was promised. This modern 2BR townhouse is equipped with everything you need. The communication from the host was excellent. She is in-tuned with her guests and is proactive. She was able to arrange urgent transportation for me quickly. I will stay at Olive’s townhouse the next time I come to Spaldings.
while in Mandeville, I was stuck at 8pm at night with almost no place to stay. Thanks to Olive, she allowed me to checking that late and helped guide on locating the property and having someone there to let me in and get me settled. great host. I will stay here again when in town.

Public transportation is easily accessible to and from the property. However, if you prefer to get around on your own schedule, private transportation, including airport pickup and drop-off is also available at a separate charge. Trips to or from any of the two major airports is US $100.00 per trip for a maximum of 2 passenger. Additional passengers would incur additional fees. Free parking is available on the premises.
