Overall, you have a house for yourself, and everything that are supposed to exist in the house are there. And it served our trip. However, this house is not maintained or cleaned. We had to stay the whole 6 nights that we booked, only because we were hard on schedule, and had no time/energy to look for other options. Below is a list of things that we found: - A window is broken in one of the three rooms. Anyone can simply get in from there. The host said he will get it fixed on the second day and his men had the key (so I did not have to leave it outside). And on the 4th day, he asked where I left the key, and whether I was leaving early. And until the day we left, no more communication. The window is still broken. - There is mouse poo behind the AC/furnace door. Luckily we did not see a live/dead mouse. - I tried open the ventilation fan on top of the range, it sounded very very loud and like blending mental/stone/etc and I shut it down immediately. I am not sure if the fan would fall, or it would burn if I run it longer. - It is easy to see debris/etc in any other ventilation windows in the ceiling, meaning the attic is very dirty. I did not look up after the first day. - We heard very sharp sound from the AC/furnace unit a couple of times, that sounds similar to siren. Very scary. Not sure what it was. - The house smells, badly. - The mattress on the double bed is in a terrible state, and should be replaced. - The frame of the single bed in the main room is broken. - The fan on top of the dinner table can not be dirty any more. Please clean it. - I did not try the washer and dryer, since I am afraid bad things will happen.

The house was very convenient to the local hospital where we were visiting our daughter. We mainly only slept at the house and were away most other times. The house had everything we needed and there is a nice park just a few hundred feet away for the kids to play if you bring children.
