The view from my oceanfront condo at Sunscape Resort & Spa in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico's famous Hotel Zone could be yours to behold. Relax on your balcony while taking in where the sparkling waters of Banderas Bay and the silhouette of the Sierra Madre Mountains meet a bright blue sky. Whether you have the morning sea breeze to greet you, or the glowing rays of sunset to send you into an exciting evening, this spectacular view promises the magic memories of a lifetime. Overlooking the resort’s large swimming pool and one of the best sand beaches in Puerto Vallarta, the two-room open concept paradise provides a Zen like experience for two double beds with a fabulous view of the ocean. High-powered air conditioning for a breezy atmosphere adjustable to your liking and high-speed internet, two televisions, and local cable TV to keep you connected. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove top, microwave, blender, coffee maker and includes pots, pans, plates, bowls, utensils, glassware, coffee mugs, dish towels, dish cloths and dish soap. In the bathroom you will find bath towels, hand towels, face cloths, hand soap, body soap and toilet paper as well as a hair dryer and clothes iron. Note: You are allowed 6 guests but there is only 2 double beds and 1 large sofa. LIQUOR STORE After traveling all day, we understand that the first thing you probably want to do when you settle into the condo is have a nice cold drink! There is a liquor store downstairs in the lower-level commercial area. You can purchase beer, coolers, liquor, wine, champagne, soda, juice, ice, water, as well as 30 oz. thermos cups which you can use for entry into the resort. The liquor store is open from 10 am to 10 pm, 7 days per week.

Altamente recomendado muy bonito el condominio, tiene una excelente vista, la verdad esperamos volver pronto, gracias a los anfitriones por sus atenciones que siempre estuvieron al pendiente 😊
Buena estadía familiar, el departamento está cómodo, baño amplio y limpio. Las amenidades del hotel están en muy buen estado , la playa muy cerca y muy buena atención, pudimos participar de las actividades de hotel , siempre que no ocupara bebidas o comidas del hotel ( pero pudimos llevar la nuestra). No necesitas mi de tu auto, porque todo lo tienes ahí, sin embargo si quieres salir todo está muy cerca 8 minutos, supermercado, malecón , mercado, etc. 100% recomendado
Buen lugar para quedarse. Las instalaciones son muy interesantes. Solo hay que tener cuidado con los temas de los reglamentos. De ahí en más todo muy bien.
Estuvimos 5 noches y la verdad que todo muy bien el lugar super padre y limpio y sobre todo la vista espectacular, todo muy padre no tengo ninguna queja respecto al lugar.
We showed up to check in with a shocking surprise. The Owner of this unit had not paid/finalized their contract with the resort for access to the pool/amenities. The condo associates ladies tried to charge us $190 usd extra to use the pool (knowing what was on the Airbnb ad and that this would make us confused +furious) With 3 kids crying we waited in the lobby for hours figuring it out with Mario the admin. Mario was cool but failed to get it solved quickly. At one point suggesting we just cancel our stay and buzz off which was frustrating. Like dood we drove hours to come use the pool and have been here 2 hours in the lobby, how is the owners unpaid bill our issue? In the end we endured a level 10 headache checking in. Paid the $190 usd out of pocket to get our wristbands. Mario refunded us later. No discount or anything for the mega hassle. Not coming back.

Fantastic restaurants, some of the hottest nightclubs, high tech movie theatres, modern shopping malls, full-service grocery stores, convenience stores, pharmacies and the airport are all nearby. Taxis, Uber and buses are at your door to take you anywhere you want to go in minutes. Go south and you will hit the Malecon and Old Town (Romantic Zone). Go further south and you will arrive in Boca de Tomatlan. From there you can take a water taxi to Yelapa, a small fishing village frequented by the likes of Bob Dylan. Travel north and you will arrive at The Marina, Nuevo Vallarta, Bucerías, Punta Mita, Sayulita and San Pancho. You will be perfectly situated to explore everything Puerto Vallarta has to offer.
Taxis are available at the airport. Taxis, Uber, InDriver, and buses are all easy to access anywhere in Puerto Vallarta. It is approximately a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport to the resort. It is approximately a 20-minute taxi ride to the Malecon, Centro, and Romantic Zone.
