一切都很美好，位置极为便利，不管是自驾还是背包自由行，唯一缺点是厨房的餐具卫生细节，希望打扫房间的工人能仔细全部再擦拭清洗一遍。

现代化的漂亮公寓，干净舒适。房东总是及时给予回复。停车方便，S-Bahn 近，车站附近的餐厅也很好。Wi-Fi信号好，愉快的入住体验。

The Market风格的装修，非常酷，房间的设施超级齐全，物品的准备细致贴心，很多都是星级酒店的配置，s三个房间，非常适合有孩子和老人的大家庭，楼下还有小朋友们的活动场所。唯一一点点遗憾，洗澡的水流了比较小，但这也不是房东的问题，绝对推荐！

Karin is a marvelous host! She was always responsive and clear with various instructions and suggestions. It was always easy communicating with her and she very kindly accommodated our requests. The apartment, which is situated in a peaceful area, is itself quite spacious, homely and located conveniently with respect to the S-Bahn and supermarkets.

This was the perfect place to stay for 5 of us - 3 adults and 2 kids - with three large bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The cost was way cheaper than something closer to/in the city of Munich, and with it being only a few minutes walk to the nearest train station (S1) that took us straight to Marienplatz, it was actually a very convenient location - and relatively close to the airport as well! The kitchen had everything we needed, including coffee pods for the coffee maker, and it was so nice to have two bathrooms plus doors on all of the rooms (including the living/dining area) to block out noisy kids if needed. :) The furnishings were modern, stylish, and comfortable. The host was proactive in reaching out, and gave VERY clear instructions for check-in, using the parking spot in the garage, etc. We had such a wonderful stay at this gem of a place (with great, sweeping views from the kitchen, too!!!)
