Welcome to our stunning five-bedroom, three-bathroom Rambler in Fairfax, ideally situated near major highways, shopping, parks, and trails. Freshly painted with a neutral palette, our home exudes tranquility from the moment you step inside. The kitchen, a masterpiece of elegance, features white cabinets and quartz countertops. On the main level, the newly refinished hardwood floors in light grey add a contemporary flair, while the lower level boasts durable Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. The house was clean. I like staying there at the residence. I would be happy to come back in the future.

The location was convenient. Furniture was stained and beds we’re uncomfortable. There was a strong smell in the house and coming from the master bedroom. After opening windows and getting air fresheners it improved. The space was large and kitchen was updated.

We had a great month-long stay while our permanent home was repaired. This location has easy access to highways and main roads. In fact, the place backs up to Arlington Blvd/ Route 50. The backyard is quite large so we didn’t feel too close to it but could certainly here the traffic when we were outdoors. (That being said, on a wonderful weather day, I couldn’t get all the blinds and/or windows to open but there wasn’t any noise with the windows closed.) There is a playground nearby and the Cross County Trail is about a mile away which is 40 miles long and mostly paved. The Mosaic District is a short drive away. The primary full bathroom is very small - you have to turn sideways to get into the shower and even then it felt a bit tight at times. I would recommend giving smaller people the primary bedroom and having regular sized folks use the hallway bathroom and a differently amply sized bedroom.
