Matts place is exactly as advertised. I had some issues with the fridge but it was very promptly fixed and replaced. Matt even offered a night off for my troubles. He is very friendly and communicative and responsive and seems like a really good person. My only complaint would be the footsteps noises from upstairs but that’s to be expected in an old apartment which is likely not sound insulated.
