The house was initially not very clean upon arrival, there were some minor maintenance issues, and the hot tub also was very unclean and low on water. I reached out to the host about these issues and received very quick responses, along with attempts to address/fix the problems. Sarah had a housekeeper come out the second day of the stay to clean, but the hot tub was ultimately not able to be used before the end of the trip. Sarah was once again extremely easy to communicate with about how disappointing it was to not have the hot tub (one of the reasons we chose this location) and actually called me to discuss everything and offered a partial refund for the stay. Although there were some issues with the house itself which detracted from the overall satisfaction of the stay, Sarah actually tried to make it right with us which meant a lot. She gets 5 stars for being an amazing host who actually seems to care about her guests, and I would definitely give her another chance in the future!
