This listing was exactly as described. Immaculately clean, bright natural light, easy to locate, seamless check-in and easy to communicate with the host. The stairs are steep and yes, there are steep stairs that lead from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor where the bathroom is but that wasn’t a problem for us. Stairs will be difficult for any physical disabilities or small children. Aside from that, we would absolutely stay here again. Quiet neighborhood, quick walk to the metro (not a JR line) , convenience stores close by , and great value for the price per night. No complaints!

This place is 2 separate rooms on different floors , one of them has no water, bath or toilet. If you are Group that want to be together it's not for you. It's so small that you can't use the kitchen as expected. It's so small that all you want is to get out of the apartment.

Pros: It is a quiet place, nice for a family trip. Especially when you have some cooking needs. It is close to the subway station, which opens very early. Please note that some subway stations only open after 6:00 am, but the closet one seemed open much earlier. There are also a lot of 24-hour convenience stores, so easier for Western ppl who have a time lag and need to get some food and drinks. The washer and dryer is big plus. Cons: The place is inside the community, so you will have to walk 2-3 minutes to the big street whenever you need something (taking the bus, getting a taxi, subway, food, etc), which is not a big deal for most of the ppl. As the other customer had mentioned, the stairs is very steep, so I won't recommend it to who are traveling with infants or elderly, but you should not have an problem if none of the guest has mobility issues. I don't see good restaurants within 10 mins walking. For us, it is fine, since we spend most of our time traveling around the city.
