Bol is a very kind and helpful person, plus very patient, as we had a lot of questions. She helped us rent a golf cart for a day, as we were a family of four. With the golf cart, we had a very easy time getting around as a group, were able to see several of the beaches in one day, as well as drive through the more "downtown" part of the island. The location is really convenient. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the pier. There are restaurants very close to the pier that open earlier than some of the restaurants near the house (including a Cafe Amazon if you need a coffee fix). The house itself is literally on the water, although the "beach" area around it is a little rocky and not easy to walk on. I don't know if it's swimmable, but actual beaches are so close, you can easily venture out. The inside of the house itself has some photogenic qualities, but has quite a bit of clutter throughout. The photos of the house on the airbnb site do it justice.

Good location, the place is amazing. Very convenient and accessible from food to transportation/motorbike rental. The staff Bol is very friendly and helpful.
