Both are stocked with towels, hand soap, toilet paper, hair dryers, and misc. bath accessories. Dining Area/Coffee Bar - The dining table has room for six or more and features napkins, salt & pepper. - The coffee bar is stocked with a Keurig and a variety of K-pods, a mini drip coffee maker and ground coffee, a bean grinder, coffee accompaniments (shelf-stable creamer singles, sugar, etc.), and insulated “to-go” cups to take your coffee outside and enjoy the stunning morning views of the sunrise over the lake! Baby/toddler Items - There is a Pack n’ Play Crib in the closet of the bedroom that shares a wall with the hallway bathroom. - A portable highchair/booster seat is available in the kitchen pantry storage unit. Screened-in Porch - The screened-in porch is large and well-appointed with comfortable furnishings, a full-sized outdoor bed (great for relaxing, reading a book, or mapping!), and ceiling fans. - The view is sloped and beautiful, as it overlooks the backyard area containing tall trees, the firepit, the boathouse, and the lake. Middle-Deck Off Main House - This area features a gas grill, charcoal grill, dining table, and four chairs. Firepit - The fire pit area has six Adirondack chairs, fire tools, and firewood. Boathouse Area - Corn-hole pit area complete with cornhole boards. - Sub-deck with a gas grill, a large outdoor umbrella, and several Adirondack chairs. Boathouse - The bar area features a mosaic tile bar, four barstools, a smart tv (use it to play your favorite show or playlist on Spotify!), fridge/freezer, trash can, and two white cabinet storage areas for sunscreens, food & beverage serveware, etc. The white cabinets also contain the remote controls for the tv, Roku, and Edison lights. - Adjacent to the bar is a seating area featuring a large Pottery Barn lounge set, cocktail table, and six stacked chairs. - The boat house features several recreational opportunities, including a two-person kayak and paddle board. There is also a selection of floats and life jackets in a deck box next to the lounge set. - Guests are welcome to use the boat ties and jet ski lift.
