Close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants in town. A nice place to stay for a few nights! It was nice to have a little kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The showers were a little small and it was fairly damp inside, even with the dehumidifiers running, but other than those minor things, we had a good time!

Locations amazing where you can walk to restaurants & the beach. Spacious kitchen to cook in & was clean & had a great rooftop! Would highly recommend & stay here again!!

Pros: This was a great, straightforward stay. Close to the beach, close to restaurants and shopping, but still peaceful. I would 100% stay here again. It included the bare necessities like sheets, (tiny) bath towels, kitchen supplies, and trash bags (which is more than can be said for some beach stays). Cons: Poor internet, cigarette smoke smell, overly firm beds, no beach supplies like towels/chairs/umbrella.

the Porthole was easy to find.. Good parking.Door code easy. lived that bedrooms and one bath downstairs. great comfy beds. the kitchen was tidy and had all we needed . liked the upstairs bathroom. My sister and I enjoyed the decor. we'll done. The host always responded immediately. and the inside person, Roger also did.. he was very helped full. A great stay in Folly Beach.

We had an amazing experience at the porthole. Great location. Could walk everywhere. The beach, restaurants, stores, coffee, etc. Such a cute place looked exactly like the pictures and would 100% recommend
