Katie’s AirBnB was exactly what we needed for our overnight stay when we attended a wedding in nearby Hadley MA. The accommodations are downstairs from the owner’s living space and felt private, very comfortable, clean and well maintained.. The guest area comprises a large “family room” with comfy sofas and a rocking chair, big screen TV (we didn’t turn it on), and an impressive library of interesting books. The large bedroom had a very comfortable king-size bed with a warm comforter. And best of all, it was quiet, a blessing after the thumping DJ dance music at the wedding party. The house is located in a beautiful wooded residential area with narrow roads. We didn’t see any deer or other wildlife. I would strongly recommend Katie’s BnB to visitors to this area who seek a woodsy, quiet, non-commercial place to stay. You’ll probably need a map app other GPS aid, especially at night, or in fog, to navigate to Katie’s and around the area. But that’s part of the charm.

This was my second stay Katie’s place. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only improvement I would suggest is to make the room a little warmer since it is really cold even in September. She has a cute dog, but it was a little worrying to see the dog in the middle of our room barking at us a morning

My recent stay at Katie's place was absolutely fantastic! The hostess was incredibly attentive and made my work visit to the area an enjoyable experience. The property was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. The straightforward check-in process added to the convenience. I wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb and plan to return. Thank you to our amazing hostess!

Truly a wonderful stay. Katie was very kind and straight forward with directions. The place was spotless, and very aesthetically pleasing. Felt right at home. My fiancé and I throughly enjoyed our stay. Definitely would recommend.

We had a comfortable stay at Katie’s place. We checked in late and left early morning for an event 15 minutes away so didn’t stay long, but location was perfect and the price was right for such a short stay. We had the entire downstairs to ourselves with a private entrance, TV room area, nice bathroom, and comfortable quiet bedroom. I especially enjoyed the plush slippers that were provided. It is a split level house so the upstairs and downstairs are separated by just a curtain, but we didn’t find that an issue. There is a lock on the bedroom door. Would recommend staying here if in the Amherst area.
