Perfect for a night or two with an active dog who loves the woods and outdoor trails. And for those who love the outdoors and nature. For warmer weather, outdoor space would get much use for people. However, it was perfect for our large dog to decompress into a new space, explore and lounge a bit. Room is small but expected. The bathroom is large considering the side of the room so no need to squeeze into tight spaces, making it quite comfortable and relaxing. Thoughtful accessories such as bathrobes, trunk storage, luggage stands, pet bowls, outdoor and small indoor tables - made us feel relaxed in a small space. Upon request, Erika was gracious enough to provide us with needed dishes and utensils to use with the microwave. Breakfast delivered to the room was simply delicious. Definitely a place we’d like to stop by again when venturing this side of CT.

We had a wonderful stay in the cottage and definitely will put this on our short list of places to come back to again. The cottage had everything that we needed and more and was super cozy. We particularly enjoyed the back porch area and the safe and very accessible spot to bring our small dogs outside. Erika and Peter were wonderful hosts and the breakfast was delicious and much appreciated. The cottage is near the Inn and the grounds are wonderful - but it is located far enough away to provide some privacy and is very peaceful. There is not a single thing that I would change about our weekend adventure there - it was beautiful and for that, we are grateful.

Erika’s place is beautiful and just as shown. The backyard is bigger than expected and beautiful. The breakfast was perfect and the grounds are beautiful with trails right off the main lawn. Foxwoods is a half mile away and mystic is 15/20min but very close feeling. Everything was lovely and communication was great. Highly recommend
