Perfect for business or pleasure. On-site laundry room with washer/dryer. Beautiful wrap around patio with fireplace and TV. Plenty of parking on the property with an additional 2 car garage. Within a short walk to YRMC Hospital or a short drive to stores, restaurants, fishing, border, military bases or dunes.

Hey there! I'm just a hometown guy who's been lucky enough to pursue my dreams here in Yuma. Graduating from the UofA was a big deal for me, but just someone who's worked hard to make things happen. When I'm not in the office, you'll probably find me out in the desert, tearing it up on the off-road trails. I'm just a regular guy who loves his family, his hometown, his work, a good off-road adventure, and the occasional trip around the globe.
