Views of the Manhattan skyline from every window. We'd love to host you during your stint in NYC! There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, each outfitted with comfortable queen sized beds. The main bedroom has a standing desk that is perfect for working remotely. The condo has 2 bathrooms (one on each floor). The window treatments cascade down the east-facing windows to highlight the 9 ft ceilings. We have views of both the Empire State Building and One World Trade Center in the distance. A functional island separates the living area from the kitchen and serves as the perfect gathering spot for a seated meal or standing cocktails and snacks. The kitchen is outfitted with a GE brand gas stove/oven, and brand new Samsung smart fridge and shockingly quiet Kitchen Aid dishwasher. There is lots of storage space -- Coat closet downstairs, linen closet in upstairs hallway, custom designed walk-in closet in the main, larger bedroom; full standard closet in smaller bedroom. Go for a ride on our in-unit Bowflex spin bike with your own spin shoes (spd clips) or sneakers! It is not shown in the photos, but it sits alongside the stairs on the first floor. Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa in the main bedroom, and the couch in the living room is a queen sized sofabed!
