WOW! Lynn is an absolute superstar host! She went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. When our previous plans fell through, she swooped in like a hero, preparing a stunning space a whole day early! And on our last day, she graciously granted us a late checkout. This spacious gem (perfect for groups of 12!) is immaculately kept, conveniently located near downtown Austin, and boasts a heavenly hot tub and an amazing arcade room. We can't recommend it enough! Linh's exceptional hospitality and kindness made our experience truly special. Book with confidence - you won't regret it!

Lynn and her team were truly amazing and went above and beyond to take care of our needs and make our stay a great one! The whole family enjoyed this beautiful , clean, well stocked and fun home! The home was stocked with everything we needed and more. The arcade and game room was a hit and super fun. Lynn responded to us within a few minutes each time I had a question. She was very accommodating for us during the special solar eclipse event. Thank you so much from all of us!! We throughly enjoyed our stay. Nice small park right across the street was a plus. 😊

House was great for an our trip to Austin. Backyard and hot tub were great amenities to have for relaxing. The garage with the video game consoles was also a highlight. The place was very spacious and would recommend.

The property is exactly as it appears in photos. Very clean, lots of areas to hang out, the backyard is cute and very usable. The game room downstairs is a great addition! We would definitely book again.

I was in Austin the March 29-31st weekend for my bachelor party with 7 other guests. We really enjoyed our stay at Lynn’s Airbnb. It has a nice outdoor space with a table and chairs along with a reasonably sized living room and kitchen. There is a dishwasher, coffee machine, and washer/dryer. The bedrooms were all clean with comfortable beds and basics like towels, shampoo, toilet paper etc were all well-stocked and readily available. The personal highlight for my group was the garage which has been converted into an amazing hangout space with a TV, couch, mini-basketball game, and 4 arcade machines (including NBA Jam and NFL Blitz). This is a great space and was fairly close to Austin proper (10-15 min uber ride to many restaurants and bars).
