Quiet housing in the heart of the most clean city Byala, a quality complex with a swimming pool, 50 meters from the central sandy beach. A lot of restaurants, cafes, kiosks and a supermarket within walking distance. Amazing atmosphere, clean air and great relaxation for the body and soul 1 bedroom apartment. Small kitchen and living room with double sofa. Separate bedroom with double bed. Cozy green sunny balcony with outdoor furniture. Shadow room location, so AC usage is not mandatory. The tenants are provided with the fast free WiFi and smart TV Kitchen is fully equipped with electric hobs, microwave, electrical kettle, toaster, new fridge, new washing machine, kitchen utils, sugar, salt, pepper.

We had a great time in Byala. The apartment was as described and 3 minutes from the beach. The description was accurate and the pictures reflect reality. There are stores and restaurants within walking distance (300-500m). A plus is the pool in the complex which was never crowded. pro tip: we found a wild beach in Obzor, 20 min by car. search for: Плаж "Смирките ЮГ on maps.

Excellent stay. Loved this apartment. It is so close to the sea. I walked down there every day. The complex is great. Nice swimming pool. There are very nice and helpful guards. The apartment was nice and cozy. The bed was comfortable. Really nice kitchen. Everything is comfortable. The host Svetlana is very kind and helpful. Best price in Byala when I stayed there compared to everything else.
Everything was great, the condo was clean and tidy, got everything you need. The pool is really calm during the day and you can enjoy the good weather with a book. The beach is just 2 minutes away and it’s amazing. You can enjoy the free zone or pay for sun beds, either way is great. I would totally recommend! Svetlana is really helpful and Stoyan who checked us in/out was polite and recommended some stuff around town. Would visit again!
The stay was perfect, from the condo to the location and the nearby places you can visit you are going to have a great time. Condo - Location is important, you can park very close and you can walk to the beach. Inside you will find everything you need and it's cosy. It was perfect for 3 adults. Svetlana was helpful, she replied fast and with the needed information. Byala - Small Town with enough things to do. It's in the middle of Burgas and Varna so you can visit a lot of places when you have time. Food is at great prices and the people are friendly. Overall we had a great stay and an amazing vacation.
