Nous avons sejourné avec nos 2 enfants en bas âge dans la belle maison de Frane. l'emplacement était idéal avec.sln beau jardin et l'ensemble des commodités étaient à notre disposition (Savon, papier toilette, serviette, café,...). Frane et ses parents étaient disponibles et très bienveillants. nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Frane was a good host. quick to response. And his parents live in the basement below the accomodation so if there's a problem they are nearby. Parking is in front of the building but it is easy to buy a day ticket across the street (purchase at 7.00 Am and valid until 19.00 pm and is €8,00 per day). it is on a main street (no problem if you keep the windows closed) so there are shops like a bakery across the street. it's a 10 minute walk to the start of the city which is lovely.

Frame was extremely kind and responsive. I made errors with the dates and he was still very accommodating and helpful. The place itself was beautiful, a lovely villa with a garden. It was well stocked thanks to France and his family.

I visited Split with my family and stayed in Frane‘s little beautiful villa, which was located only 10 minutes walking from the promenade and the old city. It was also very convenient for us to park our car there. Since we arrived on Easter Sunday, all shops were closed. Without even asking Frane prepared some fruits, drinks and even Pogaca which is a traditional Easter sweet. The villa has everything one needs, and we were not missing anything. Frane was very responsive when we had questions in regards to recommendations and if the Krka waterfalls are open on Easter Monday — all in all we enjoyed a beautiful family trip also thanks to Frane it was one to remember.

Big villa and great location! Walkable to the riva and plenty of good bars/ restaurants. Frane was a super helpful and friendly host, would definitely recommend his place for anyone visiting Split.
