没有空调，没有办法入睡，十在是太热了，虽然有电风扇，可风力小的可怜，几乎可以省略，有几个房间没有插座，有苍蝇、蟑螂、蚂蚁出没，邻居不太喜欢友好。

A spacious and comfortable home in quiet urbanisation with an easy walk to the beach. The lounge photos don’t do it justice, the L shaped room is large with comfortable sofas and doors onto a sunny terrace. The kitchen is a bit tired and dated but spacious. Comfortable beds and the master bedroom is large with en-suite and dressing area. The garden goes around three sides of the house, we were there Feb to March, the sun came into the front courtyard about 10am and was on the back terrace all afternoon. It provided a safe level play area for our 2 year old grandson who came to stay for a week. Pilar our host was lovely, she personally met us for check-in. We had requested a cot for our grandson but Pilar went above and beyond this request! She put toddler suitable toys in the garden and created a fabulous play room at the top of the house. As first guests of the season there were a few minor issues but Pilar responded immediately and sorted them efficiently. A great family home.

we stayed five nights in pilar’s house with four people. to start with the good things, there is to say that the neighbor-shared swimming-pool is the best thing of the house. it was cleaned everyday and we had it always to ourselves. the living room was big and the wifi was also good. the communication with pilar was great, she handed us the keys in person at the check-in and showed everything to us. also, if there was any trouble, she was always available to fix any problems. now to the part that wasn’t so good. big parts, as of the kitchen particularly, the bathrooms and also a few bedsheets weren’t clean at all. the kitchen floor wasn’t cleaned just a little bit, it was full of breadcrumbs, hair and other stuff. the refrigerator wasn’t cleaned also and there was an open and old can of olives in there. to top that, we didn’t even had a trash can and the sponge was used so we had to buy everything new. the toilets weren’t cleaned also and the bathtub upstairs had to be cleaned from us, so we could shower. the hair dryer was full of some weird sticky things and just in general so dirty that it was unusable. to go back to the good things, pilar sent someone over to clean but this would’ve had to be done before we were coming. also the hair dryer was changed after we told her. last but not least, we didn’t have more than five minutes of warm water per day, so that usually three of us had to shower in more or less ice cold water. i hope they remodel the kitchen and work on the service of the airbnb, especially on the cleanliness, because the house with the pool and the location has a big potential.

Evaluación pública: Vacaciones en familia cerca del mar. La casa está a 10 minutos andando de la playa y tiene una piscina comunitaria en la que se está muy agusto. En todas las habitaciones hay ventiladores de techo y la casa es muy acogedora. Pilar es una anfitriona estupenta: todo lo que hemos ido necesitando nos lo ha ido proporcionando. Incluso pudimos dejar los coches antes de la hora de entrada a la casa y retrasar la hora de salida. Repetiremos.
