The home is very conveniently located within easy walking distance of the public beach. There is a nearby convenience store and a cute deli nearby but that is the extent of the immediate area. The home was in fine condition, some window treatments were a bit shabby and the bathroom downstairs could use a little TLC. That being said, there were lots of positives as well. Beautiful deck above the covered parking with a grill. Comfortable gathering area attached to the kitchen with a selection of books and games for rainy days. For the price, it was what we would expect and we really enjoyed our time. Myriam was a great host, responsive to our texts and very helpful.

If you are looking for a place close to Santa Cruz and close to all that Monterey Bay has to offer, then this is the place. We enjoyed hanging out on the spacious second story deck for morning coffee and evening happy hours. The beach is right down the street where we enjoyed several evening sunsets. The place was clean and Myriam was a responsive hostess.

Great location, such a nice walk to the coffee shop and to the beach. And we were allowed to bring our little dog which meant a lot to us too. The place, however, did not feel as clean as we'd like. The downstairs bathroom shower was not cleaned well. The kitchen was sparsley supplied. The asking price was good, but after all the fees we did not think it was worth the final price. I guess part of that may be Airbnb's doing. But do not think she is getting her moneys worth from her cleaners.

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the shore. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The host was friendly and provided helpful local tips. We enjoyed the beachy vibes and the convenience of nearby shops and restaurants. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Such an excellent location! Less than a 2 minute walk to the dog beach. We took our 2 Shih Tzus with us and celebrated our dog Clovers 3rd birthday. They felt right at home and loved sunbathing on the enormous deck. The pictures don’t do it justice.Used the BBQ grill a couple of nights and really enjoyed having a fully stocked kitchen. The heaters worked great for those chilly nights. Very quiet neighborhood making for a great nights sleep after such a long day at the beach. Beds were super comfortable. All in all we had such an amazing experience. Can’t wait to come back again next year!
