Hi friends, my name is Sumit. I rather like the wrong pronunciation of my name as Summit. Shimla is my hometown and my first crush. I don't live in Shimla, rather Shimla lives in me. Shimla Walks is the result of my crazy love for this British Himalayan Town that was set up entirely by the British officers. As a tourism professional, a local, and a Shimla lover I introduce the idea of showing Shimla to people on foot. With time I became a writer, with eight books to my credit now and have been covered by a number of TV channels and YouTubers.
