Welcome to my quirky cozy home which is occupied by myself, Daughter and 2 kittens . You will stay in our small but comfy box room with shared bathroom opposite. Kitchen may be used to heat up food (cooker/hob/airfryer/no microwave), and make drinks although tea tray also in bedroom. Small seating area off kitchen to use during your stay if required. Living room is our private space. No tv in room but excellent wifi for your phones/laptops, radio and a small selection of books. Quiet residential area within walking distance of local pub/restaurant, steakhouse, chippy, hairdressers, co-op and woodland walk. 1 mile away from the famous Cheshire Oaks with its cinema, restaurants and shops and just 8 miles from Chester.

Kim was a wonderful host ,friendly and hospitable. I was here for work and the room was near the place of work. A cosy warm room. I will be booking again in future.
Very nice host and the most adorable kittens! I didn’t know the place would have been as small as it was but I’m also 6’7 so that was to be expected. The bathroom was very unique and cool but I wish the showers water pressure was better. Other than that it was a cozy and comfortable stay. Especially for the price
Kim is an amazing host! This is my 2nd time staying with her and it definitely won't be my last!! Highly recommend!! For those wondering how to get to her place the #2 bus is very close and will take you into Ellesmere Port or the other way to Chester - super easy!!

Parking is available on my rear drive between 4pm-9am weekdays and all day/evening weekends. Also plenty of off road parking.
Bus stops within 5 mins walk to Ellesmere Port bus station and Chester.
3 train stations (all 30 mins walk away) to Chester and Liverpool.
