Loved our stay at Frédéric’s place. It’s very centrally located, convenient to all the Parisian sights, a short walk from the Metro and having an elevator/lift is a nice perk. It has all the necessities and is very quiet at night. I really appreciated the blackout curtain in the bedroom. And of course-The view of the Eiffel Tower from the living room can’t be beat! Frédéric was a great host, very responsive. Having the boulangerie at the corner of the apartment is also super convenient! Overall I would highly recommend Frédéric’s place and would stay here again!

The apartment is in a great location, with great restaurants nearby and quick access to local transit. The Eiffel Tower view was amazing, you’re able to see the sparkle every night. We also loved how the apartment is one side of the building, where the bedroom is located is quiet and peaceful and the patio was lovely. The other side with the living room you can hear the bustle of the street :) The bathroom needs a bit of work, but overall our stay was lovely. Having the kitchen to cook and laundry really saved time/money. Frédéric was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

Frederic was an incredible host and very responsive to the questions that I had about the home and Paris. 5/5 for being a superhost! The home had all the things that you would need to relax after a long day adventuring. Location was perfect and close to a metro station 6 and about a 30min walk to the eiffel tower. Overall, a very convenient location. Several convenience stores nearby and a delicious bakery downstairs!

We stayed for a week in this beautiful apartment with amazing views and TWO balconies. It was a very nice place with comfortable layout for 2 people with enough room to spread out. The apartment is quite close to 2 train stations which can put you anywhere in Paris within 25 min. The neighborhood is also nice with a plenty to do just a few minutes away. There is an amazing bakery at the bottom of the building that has won many awards and so worth the visit every single day. The host is incredibly friendly and quite accommodating. They were super nice, responsive and super easy to work with. We highly recommend this gem!!

매우 좋은 숙소 였습니다. 특히 집 주인이 친절하였습니다. 언제나 빠르게 응답하였고 기꺼이 도움을 주었습니다. 엘리베이터도 잘 작동하였습니다. 필요한 모든 것이 잘 갖추어져 있었습니다. 아래층에 있는 베이커리는 매우 맛있고 주인 할머니는 더없이 다정합니다. 주변에 가까이 걸어서 갈 수 있는 메트로가 여러 개가 있습니다. 기꺼이 추천할만한 숙소라고 생각합니다.
