FANTASTIC getaway. Even though it rained the entire weekend, we had an incredible stay at the Lodge. The H&BT trail was incredible to run on (can also bike, walk, explore), and the trees and scenery was beautiful. The cabin was very clean, and it was nice to have a technology free weekend (there is wifi and a TV, but was nice not to turn the TV on!). Just want future guests to know that you will need to know how to start and maintain a fire to keep the cabin warm (bring an extra space heater if you have one!). 10/10 would stay again.

This place was quaint and charming. The fireplace made the cabin cozy. There were plenty of small touches that went the extra mile. This place is secluded and on a beautiful property. The chickens were entertaining and fun to watch run through the yard. would definitely stay again!

Very clean peaceful space both inside and out. Off the beaten path but accessible to much. Welcoming chickens and fresh eggs. River access with kayaks and paddle boards, comfy chairs to watch the fish jump.

This is truly a gem of a property and even better than we were expecting. It was the most relaxing and peaceful 5 night stay. Everything was exceptional from the coziness of the lodge with modern upgrades while keep the historic charm, the beautiful mountain views, river access, chickens and others wildlife, and the little touches like s'mores kit, farm fresh eggs and local info provided. We truly felt at home and very comfortable! We enjoyed our stay so much, we are already planning a trip to return in the fall. Thank you for sharing your property with us :)
