We love the place, there was plenty of space and things to do to keep our teenager and our kid busy. A perfect place for a family trip during the winter. We would book it again during the summer to take advantage of the outdoor space. Thanks for having us!

Our large extended family needed a place for family from out of town to stay so they could attend our annual Christmas dinner nearby, and Nate's house was the perfect fit! Nate was super friendly & supportive of our request to allow additional family to visit throughout the weekend. The house had a great open layout in the kitchen & living room which allowed us to all be together while cooking, eating, watching TV and playing games. There were plenty of plates, bowls, silverware & glasses. The kitchen was stocked with all you need to cook and the appliances worked great. The bathrooms were roomy, had plenty of towels & washcloths, & the showers were great! Though we didn't get to enjoy the big deck & BBQ, everyone did enjoy playing the arcade game on the upstairs landing and watching all of the big New Year's Day sports games on the big screen TV! On NYE, we walked down to the beach, built a fire and sat around singing songs (we're a musical family). We'll definitely be going back!!

This airbnb was excellent for our Christmas getaway. Clean, with extra comfy mattresses. Nate was very responsive and provided clear instructions to ensure we had a great time.

Nate’s place is beautiful and in a great location walking distance to the bay. Nate was very helpful and accommodating! Will definitely consider coming back in the future.

Nate’s place was great. It is clean and has plenty of space for the entire family. Quiet neighborhood with a quick walk down to the beach.
