This place was as advertised. Olivia was very responsive to any communications. Clean, quiet, friendly people around. Olivia’s Mom was even there while we were and was very friendly and informative. Short walk to the beach, which was great! Hatteras lighthouse was even walkable. Highly recommend the clam chowder at Diamond Shoals restaurant. Orange Blossom Bakery and Beads and Grinds were both great for sweet treats/coffee in the morning! All easily walkable! Would definitely stay here again. Thx

Olivia's place is located near the beach, only 5 miles from Avon and 1 mile from the Hatteras Lighthouse. It is also conveniently located to Orange Blossom where they have delicious breakfast sandwiches, cinnamon rolls and other pastries. Everything worked fine in the room (TV, Wi-Fi, AC, heat unit, stove, shower . . . ). It was clean and the bed was very comfortable! Olivia was very accommodating after we had to change our plans and she provided quick feedback to our questions. Only thing that may be an issue would be tight parking at the motel during the summer months. Overall, our stay was great and would rebook unit 6 again.

Close to the beach and pet friendly! So pleasant to walk your dogs and coffee out to the beach first thing! Close to shops and restaurants too! Also within walking distance to buxton lighthouse! Great location!

The price was extremely high for the location. It was a rundown looked to be old so apartment complex. The futon was sandy, and there were dead bugs on the wall in the bathroom. The surrounding area was extremely rundown and honestly a bit shady. I couldn’t open my blinds because the back view was so rundown and w major eyesore. Honestly I’m glad my husband was with me because if I was alone I would not have felt comfortable staying in that area.
