Excellent stay! Second year in a row. The house was spotless. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to be in the Melbourne area. Close to everything. We felt right at home. Thanks for hosting.

This stay was wonderful for a family of four. The things we liked were the pool, the lanai, the bedrooms, the lake, and the customer service. We would also like to inform you that there is an otter in the lake and we loved watching it. There was a problem with the grill and the owners immediately brought a new one for us to use. We loved it here!

Really enjoyed the home. Nice, quiet, well maintained neighborhood. Annie was VERY responsive and met all our needs and requests. One of the cleanest AirBNB’s we have rented. Don’t hesitate to book your stay. That said, there were 2 cons for me, the pool is solar heated so it was cold for our grandkids when they visited in February and there were only 3 bedrooms, with no twin or bunkbeds, we made it work but if you have older kids, sharing a bed might not work out. I still give Annie and Ryan’s beautiful home 5 plus stars.

Initially we had wanted to book Annie’s place for our vacation to Florida. It was marketed on AirBnb as a vacation house, but unfortunately a couple of things made it tough to call it that. The property is a great place to stay for a short stay of one to two days, but the amount of towels, bed sheets, tea bags, coffee was not enough for a multiple-day stay. Lastly, we chose this listing against other lodging options because of the private pool, which was written as heated. The heating system was there, but there were no instructions on how it would work, or if it would work at all. Annie told us it would work when the sun comes out, but it never did. The water was always cold and unfortunately we were not allowed into the private pool past 8 pm either. Again, Annie was a good and responsive host but we were a little disappointed with the way the house was listed.
