Holly’s place was just what we needed for our night stay after a red rocks concert! The location was great and was very spacious! Looks just like the pictures if not better in person! The house has a cute view from the backyard!

We had to book this at the last minute when a local family member we were going to stay with fell ill. From the first interaction, Sally and Holly were super responsive and helpful, even allowing us a late checkout due to a very late flight home. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. Shower pressure is excellent, bedrooms are spacious and the neighborhood is very quiet and great for walking. We will definitely consider staying here again when we return to Denver. Thank you for a great stay!!!

Sally and Holly were absolutely incredible hosts. Clear, responsive and effective communication with lots of great feedback and advice on local adventures. The home is very comfortable, clean and immaculately maintained and resides in a quieter and safe neighborhood. It’s the perfect homebase for your Colorado adventures!
