Florence was amazing, so kind and helpful and always responsive! The location of the Airbnb is just next to the airport so it’s ideal if you need to fly the next day! Thank you Florence.

Florence really was our ‘Florence Nightingale!’ We had been stranded by BA at the local airport in the middle of the night due to technical issues and I was travelling with my partner and elderly parents (83 &89 yrs old) I messaged Florence not expecting a reply at 3 am in the morning asking if we could stay ! I could not believe she replied almost straight away offering to collect us too! In the end she arranged a taxi as we had too many cases and by 4.20am we were getting into bed! What a star! All the local hotels were fully booked and I will be forever grateful and extremely thankful to have met Florence & CJ the taxi guy they really did save the day! The accommodation was clean with ample facilities aircon, tv , fans comfy beds lovely kitchen and lovely view ! What a find only 7 mins by car from Hewanorra International Airport.

I honestly have no words for my appreciation when it comes to Flo. My best friend and I were at the airport when they deemed her medically unfit to fly due to her being nauseous from getting food poisoning the night before. We were so outraged because our resort was 2 hours away and they made us go to the hospital to get clearance before we were to fly out the next day. We had no place to stay, no transportation, no food or anything. Flow’s apartment was not only close to both the airport and hospital but it was available and she was very responsive well after hours. She kept checking on my friends discharge status and even sent us a taxi to the hospital. The driver she sent named CJ , he was also very kind and accommodating. He waited on us at the hospital and even offered to drop us off food the next morning. My gratitude for Flo and CJ goes beyond what this app allows . The place was spotless and as the pictures show. Amazing!

Flo was an incredibly gracious host. She made sure that our transportation logistics were taken care of and arranged well in advance. The space was very clean, and we felt safe and right at home. We hope to come back and be able to spend more time next time.
