Apartment was well located to visit historic area. Parking car was challenging everyday and was payable. Had issues with the apartment heating during first 2 cold nights. I reported the issue and was asked if we forgot to close windows (I consider this an inappropriate and insulting response). During these nights, the apartment also had a mild smell of smoke (I’m assuming it came from the neighbours heating systems). On a bright spot, the kitchen was very well equipped.

Posto stupendo in centro storico. Abitazione confortevole, pulita, non posso dire assolutamente nulla, anzi ci tornerò sicuramente a breve.

Very cozy, thought through and well organized apartment with an attention to the relevant details and good character  The apartment has an extremely well equipped kitchen.  Communication with Miriam was easy and effective.  She is a perfectionist in every aspect.  Thank you for the enjoyable stay.
