Loved this house ! Wonderful how Rich has preserved the original character of this house. It is Spacious, clean and comfortable with all amenities included - even coffee which was really appreciated. Not to mention the prettiest sunset. Walk to Tarpon Lodge and trails at Randell Research Center. Good fishing and kayaking too! Rich was helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

This was our second visit to Rich's house. We loved it as much as the first time! Our purpose for our visit was to be with friends for the 4th of July. They were staying at the Tarpon Lodge which is 200 yards away from the house and so convenient to get back and forth. The house is simple, comfortable and very laid back, which is perfect for our crew! We love the simple lifestyle of the island! This house is a perfect Old Florida getaway, nestled in the most beautiful, secluded part of the state. I highly recommend this house to anyone going to the Bokeelia area!
