Enjoyed a very special long weekend with family. John was flexible with our arrival time, helpful to guide me around the home and site. He took the time to prep hot tub and fire pit to perfection. The home was clean, a/c cold, and we felt like we found a new specialty in the home every day. From outdoor showers my kids loved, to shell painting party, relaxing beach day under a perfect umbrella, we just LOVED this home. Thank you John for a wonderful memory our kids and family will never forget.

You don't find many places as special as Cayo Costa in terms of private, wild beaches left in Florida. As described the house is adjacent to a Florida state beach/park. With very few homes and day trippers gone by 4 pm you feel like you have the island to yourself! We are very grateful that John shared this special place with us and we were a very happy family of four for an unforgettable week!

We could not have asked for a better place. We arrived by boat and were able to dock at the house. The setting is great and the fishing is close. It does not get better than that for a family trip. Thanks, John

John was extremely accommodating and always quickly responsive to any questions. Was ready for us at the dock when we arrived with a wave and a friendly hello and ready and helpful for our departure as well. Arrived with my parents as well as my family of four including a five year old boy and 7 year old girl. Both loved it, especially the shelling, which was excellent at low tide. Place was very cozy and authentic feeling. Lots of great views from all parts of the space. Short boat ride to Cabbage Key to get a Cheeseburger in Paradise. I’m from Minnesota where we love going to cabins in the woods by the lake to stay. This reminded me of that experience except on an island with an ocean. Would recommend to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience with their family or romantic getaway with their spouse.
