Welcome to Rockledge Cabin! :) This recently renovated cabin sits on a 2 acre tree-filled lot, offering scenic views and lots of privacy. It is also conveniently situated in the amenity-filled community of Masthope. Blending modern and eclectic styles, we created a place for you to escape from the daily grind. Curl up by the woodstove with a hot cup of coffee or glass of wine. With sweeping views off of the deck, you can immerse yourself in nature and watch the wildlife pass by.  Located just 2 HRs from NYC and 2.5 HRs from Philly, this cabin is a great jumping off point for adventures within the Poconos!  The cabin has 2 bedrooms on the main floor, one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed. Also on the main floor is a fully stocked kitchen, open dining and living room with a woodstove. There is also a bathroom with a tub/shower on the main floor. Walk out to the large deck from the living room where you'll feel as though you are sitting in a treehouse! Listen to the Delaware River which can be seen glimmering through the trees during the winter months. There is also a spacious loft with games and puzzles! ***Please note that there is a $125 community registration fee included in the overall cost of your stay, this is already included in the price of your reservation*** WIFI, STREAMING, AND PHONE RECEPTION: The cabin has wifi suitable for streaming and working remotely. Cell reception is VERY spotty, but ranges depending on your carrier.  ECO-FRIENDLY: We're doing our best to be as eco-friendly as possible! Here's how we are doing that: -2 Night Minimums. -All soaps and toiletries are eco-friendly.  -All lights are LED.  -New electric heat pump and air conditioning. -Thrifted furnishings/accents. -Air purifying wall paint. -Other eco-friendly finishes (like American made tiles made from recycled clay). -Energy Star appliances. NEIGHBORS: The cabin is located in a neighborhood. We can't promise complete silence and seclusion. PARKING: There is a gravel parking pad just off of the street at the top of the hill. Please be sure to park fully on the gravel and not on the road - especially during winter months. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy a home-cooked meal, this includes basic cooking amenities (oils and seasonings). Please note that the kitchen has a 24" fridge/freezer. CHILDREN: We welcome kiddos, but please note that we haven't child-proofed inside the home. The exterior of the property is very rocky with some cliff-like conditions. It is at your discretion to determine whether this cabin is a good fit for your family. PET POLICY + ALLERGIES: We allow well behaved, fully house-trained pets to stay at our cabin, so please be aware of that when booking with us. We ask that guests who bring their pets please bring their own blankets to put down on furniture if their pet is used to being allowed on furniture at home. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: The property is very rocky with some cliff-like conditions. Please use extreme caution when walking around the property.  We have had the occasional bear visitor so it's important to never leave food or trash in your car or outside.
