Hidden away in a small rural Normandy village, a detached cottage in the grounds of our house. Ideal for a getaway with family or friends. Conveniently located around an hour from the Normandy ferry ports with amenities only 6kms away. Three bedrooms upstairs: 2 double rooms and a cosy twin. Open plan living space downstairs, an equipped kitchen, shower room, Wi-Fi and satellite TV. There’s plenty to see and do in this lovely area. Come and see for yourselves. Two good sized double bedrooms with a wardrobe and chest of drawers in each, and one small twin room ( probably better suited to the younger members of your group) with a chest of drawers. Please note that the shower room and toilet are situated on the ground floor.

Maupertuis is a small village, surrounded by fields. In the centre of the village there is play equipment for young children, a petanque court and a picnic area, we are close to the town of Percy where you'll find a supermarket, petrol stations, a bank, a pharmacy, a small Saturday morning market, bakeries, a butcher, a florist, a post office and regular church services should you wish. We are close to Hambye with its nearby Abbey and its beautiful surrounding walks and not far from the pretty town of Villedieu les Poeles, famous for its bell foundry and copperware. We are conveniently placed to explore the whole of the Cotentin peninsular with it's plentiful sights of historical interest and lovely beaches and views.
You will need a car. There is parking for one or two cars
